These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of salesforce-hire.com (the “Website”) and the Salesforce talent matching services (the “Services”) provided by SalesforceHire, a division of Versimarket LLC (“SalesforceHire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our Website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or Services.
1. About Our Services
SalesforceHire provides Salesforce talent matching services, connecting companies (“Clients”) with pre-vetted Salesforce professionals (“Candidates”) for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire engagements. Our Services include talent sourcing, technical vetting, candidate matching, interview coordination, and placement support.
SalesforceHire is not an employer of the Candidates we place. The specific terms of engagement between Clients and Candidates (including scope of work, compensation, duration, and deliverables) are governed by separate agreements between those parties and SalesforceHire.
2. Eligibility
By using our Website or Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our Website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Website, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to our Website.
- Use our Website to transmit any malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, copy, or monitor any content on our Website without our prior written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our Website at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
4. Client Terms
4.1 Job Requests and Matching
When you submit a job request through our Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the role, requirements, and project details. SalesforceHire will use this information to identify and present qualified Salesforce Candidates from our pre-vetted network.
4.2 Fees and Payment
SalesforceHire’s service fees, payment terms, and billing arrangements are outlined in separate service agreements executed between SalesforceHire and each Client prior to placement. Fee structures vary based on engagement type (contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire) and are not published on the Website.
4.3 Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to directly solicit, recruit, or hire any Candidate introduced by SalesforceHire outside of the agreed-upon engagement terms without prior written consent from SalesforceHire. This non-solicitation obligation applies during the engagement period and for a period of 12 months following the end of the engagement, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
4.4 Candidate Representations
While SalesforceHire conducts thorough vetting of all Candidates, including certification verification, technical assessments, and reference checks, we do not guarantee the performance, results, or suitability of any Candidate for your specific project. SalesforceHire provides matching services, not employment or performance guarantees.
5. Candidate Terms
5.1 Profile Information
Candidates who join our talent network agree to provide accurate and complete information, including work history, Salesforce certifications, technical skills, portfolio materials, and professional references. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from our network.
5.2 Certification Verification
Candidates authorize SalesforceHire to verify their Salesforce certifications through Salesforce Trailhead or other official verification methods.
5.3 Confidentiality
Candidates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any Client information they receive during the matching process, including project details, company information, and business requirements, unless otherwise authorized by the Client.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software — is the property of SalesforceHire or Versimarket LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our Website without our prior written consent.
The SalesforceHire name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Versimarket LLC. “Salesforce” is a registered trademark of Salesforce, Inc. SalesforceHire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SalesforceHire does not warrant that our Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SalesforceHire, Versimarket LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any damages resulting from the performance or non-performance of any Candidate placed through our Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SalesforceHire during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SalesforceHire, Versimarket LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by SalesforceHire. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access third-party websites at your own risk.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of New York.
12. Modifications to These Terms
SalesforceHire reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of our Website or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements executed between you and SalesforceHire, constitute the entire agreement between you and SalesforceHire regarding your use of our Website and Services.
