A Salesforce-only Staffing Practice, by Versimarket
SalesforceHire focuses on one thing: matching Salesforce-certified professionals with companies that depend on the platform to run their business.
Why we exist
Salesforce is a platform broad enough that “Salesforce experience” is no longer a meaningful filter. There are Sales Cloud orgs that bear almost no operational resemblance to Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud deployments, and there are Apex developers whose strengths would never fit a Flow-first administrator role. SalesforceHire exists because that complexity demands a specialised staffing partner — one whose recruiters speak the platform, not just buzzwords.
How a Salesforce-only practice works
Every brief we work begins with a real technical conversation: which clouds, which editions, which integrations, what the org’s maturity level is, and what kind of personality fits the team already in place. We don’t send resumes by keyword match. We send shortlists of Salesforce developers, consultants, administrators, architects, business analysts, project managers, and Agentforce specialists who have been screened for the specific work you’re asking them to do.
Where we came from
SalesforceHire is a division of Versimarket, a parent group of specialised staffing practices that also operates sister networks for other enterprise platforms. The Salesforce practice was carved out specifically because the ecosystem is large enough — and the depth of platform knowledge required is high enough — that a generalist staffing firm cannot do the work justice. Versimarket’s structure means we share back-office capabilities, contract operations, and compliance machinery with our sister practices, while running each platform-specific network with its own dedicated recruiting and screening team.
Our matching process is built around the questions a hiring manager actually wants answered: can this person ship in our org, with our clouds, against our timeline, alongside our team? Every Salesforce professional we represent has been screened against real-world tasks and reference-verified against past engagements. Where useful, we run live technical sessions — not gotcha trivia, but realistic platform problem-solving that surfaces how someone actually thinks.
The Principles Behind Every Match
Specialisation over breadth
We don't place .NET engineers, generic project managers, or full-stack developers who once touched Salesforce. Salesforce-only screening means every conversation starts platform-fluent.
Honesty about fit
If a brief is unrealistic — the timeline, the budget, or the role definition — we say so during discovery, not after we've wasted your week with mismatched shortlists.
Speed grounded in screening
24-72 hour shortlists where the network already has the right profile; longer, honestly-communicated lead times where the role is rare. No bench-dumping, no resume floods.
Long-term partnerships
Most of our clients hire from us repeatedly. Our incentive is your retention and your renewal, not a one-off placement fee.
The people behind SalesforceHire
The Salesforce specialists embedded across the SalesforceHire team include former Salesforce admins, certified developers, ex-Salesforce SI consultants, and recruiters who have spent multiple years inside the ecosystem. We don’t outsource technical screening to a separate firm; the people screening candidates are the people who place them.
